Wow ! This place is definitely a hidden gem and it is located inside of the gas station. Let me tell you though that it is well worth it.
Came in and ordered a loaded philly cheese steak. It was super tasty and I love the combination of steak and cheese. The lady who took my order was super friendly and you can see them prepare it right in front of you. After you place your order they give you a ticket and you pay at the cashier of the gas station. He then gives you a receipt and you bring it back to the stand. They have a seating area as well.
Can't really say much about the interior because it's literally a gas station lol but I will be back when I am in the area ! -

This place is amazing! My husband Mike and,I drive all the way from N.Las Vegas because they have the absolute best cheese stakes in Las Vegas. Being that my husband is from Philadelphia he's not easily impressed cheesesteaks. Needless to say we both love this place. Paul the chef is so awesome I told him I was eating Keto so he made me a low carb Chicken Cheesesteak. This place rocks if your looking for the real deal ask for Paul.

This tiny hole in the wall gas station eatery is a hidden gem!! By no means am I a Philly Cheesesteak expert, but I know what I like and my taste buds tell me the food is great!!
There are a few items on the menu, but I don't even look at the other stuff. You go to the Philly Cheesesteak Factory for Cheesesteaks, not chicken tenders or whatever... You have a choice of 9", 12", 18", or 24". You can get beef or chicken, I only get the beef. But I am told that the chicken Philly is good.
The cheesesteaks are loaded with meat, lots and lots of meat! It also comes with onions, muchrooms, peppers, and a blend of cheeses. The cheese blend they use melts very nicely. Once I asked for cheezwiz, but good luck getting a custom order here. It is usually pretty busy at lunch and if you order something other than a standard cheesesteak, odds are you won't get it. But I didn't care that I didn't get the wiz... I was perfectly happy with the standard Philly.
My mouth is watering just thinking about it. For the amount of food you get and the price you pay, it is a super good deal. -

I've never had an authentic philly cheese steak sandwich so I brought along a friend of mine who grew up eating them in Philadelphia. First I'll give you my opinion on the sandwiches then I'll tell you what my friend said.
First impression is that the sandwiches were pretty good. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one with cheese wiz and one with American cheese. Both had onions, mushrooms and peppers. I liked how juicy the sandwiches were. Meat was cooked well and there was a good amount of it. The bread was nice and soft and not thick. It felt like you were eating a hearty sandwich I got the 12" and I was full after. I liked the flavor of the American cheese better than the cheese wiz but I think I would like the Swiss cheese better. I guess I'll have to go back and get another one to know for sure. Ha ha I've come to the conclusion that Philly cheesesteak sandwiches just aren't my thing. I liked them but it's not something I crave. That being said, if you like Philly's you will probably like these.
Now for my friends opinion. He said they were ok but he would rather get his philly for a different place in the valley. He also pointed out that they mix the cheese with the meat on the grill which was making some of the cheese stick to the grill.
Check it out for yourself. I'm sure you will enjoy it. -

My 5 stars are simply for the PRICE! I got two sandwiches ( large ) for $12 odd bucks. And it wasn't bad. I'm not from ny or philly so idk how it's SUPPOSED to taste. But it's good to me and i shared it with the babe & she likes it. So we will be back. I think the picture is misleading because it's inside of a gas station and I'm over here looking for a big sign lol. But anyways. It's good. Worth the try.
